Because we believe this, we support it by:
- Investing in these communities, about $15 million to-date
- Engaging as community members - contributing, leading and following
- Serving the community by allowing our resources and expertise to benefit all
2. We believe that all institutions should have full access to the benefits of this model
To support this, there must be:

- A successful support model regardless of internal staff skills
- Cost savings for all users that result from leveraging community investment
