The rSmart Network™ (RSN)

The rSmart network™ (RSN) is a web-based, personalized support portal designed for the unique support needs of schools adopting rSmart supported software. Subscribers of the rSmart Sakai CLE and rSmart Kuali Financials use RSN to resolve issues and access other resources such as software updates, training and documentation, templates, and software add-ons.

RSN is the vehicle through which rSmart provides services and value for our subscription customers. Providing our client the opportunity for opening and tracking support cases and history, searching an expansive technical knowledgebase, and registering for patch or upgrade alerts.

RSN Provides:
