The 10th Sakai conference will be held near MIT in Cambridge, MA during July 7-10, 2009.

The official conference hotel, which will also contain most of the conference sessions and receptions, will be the Cambridge Hyatt. It’s a spectacular location and we will have a conference rate of $199/night, which includes internet access (normally $10/day). More information on registration will be forthcoming.

Try Sakai for real (for free).

mySakai is a free, hosted instance of the rSmart Sakai CLE where you can pilot Sakai tools in real-life situations and experience many of the benefits rSmart provides to its clients.

During the mySakai 101 webinar, you will learn how to login and navigate mySakai, create a course site, add students, use tools within your course and learn how other schools are using Sakai. You will have an opportunity at the end of the hour to ask questions.

In July, members of the international Sakai community will be gathered in Boston for the 10th Annual Sakai conference, and we invite you to join a group of rSmart clients and Sakai community members for dinner and drinks. You will have the opportunity to hear more about Sakai and how institutions across the globe are achieving institutional goals using Sakai, the premier academic collaboration and learning environment.
