A word with many meanings.
It can mean allowing access or exposing to view. It can denote frankness, an absence of deception, availability. It is a word that has always been of great importance to leaders, and yet today the forces of openness are redefining our societies and our models for innovation.

When an institution implements the rSmart Sakai CLE, the rSmart team usually trains a small group of core users, who then go on to train other staff. But schools often discover the need for additional training—either for new staff members who are unfamiliar with Sakai, or for existing staff who want to become more effective in using the CLE. Many institutions eventually provide their own in-house training. To help schools meet this demand, rSmart has been putting together an online training course, called CLE Certification Training, that will be available to all of our clients and is designed primarily for instructors.
