In 2004, several community members met to create Kuali. Only one member was a company. That company is rSmart.

Over the past 5 years, rSmart has invested millions of dollars in developing Kuali expertise to ensure institutional success with Kuali. That does not begin to describe rSmart’s full contribution. rSmart CEO, Chris Coppola, was a founding Board member of the Kuali Foundation and continues to serve on the Board of the Kuali Foundation.
