Chuck Kensicki, Senior Kuali Consultant

Mr. Kensicki has over twenty five years of professional and progressive experience in Higher Education, including Project Management, quality assurance, system's analysis, programming, database management, web applications, workflow applications, enterprise financial systems, document management and imaging and data warehousing, with twenty three years in IT management at California State University Chancellor's Office in charge of Financial, Plant Maintenance, and ERP applications for the twenty three campuses.

David Lyons, Senior Kuali Consultant

Mr. Lyons is a seasoned consultant to software organizations and to colleges and universities and is distinguished for his service in the field of higher education financial management. He is currently a consultant for the rSmart Group. Mr. Lyons is liaison to the Kuali Project for the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO).

Anthony Potts, Senior Kuali Consultant

Mr. Potts is the Chief Technology Officer of the rSmart Group. From lead developers on OSP 1.5 to architect and development manager on the KFS project, his work on open source projects has spanned many fronts. In addition to technical work, Tony also is responsible for the IT organization within rSmart.

Prior to co-founding the rSmart Group, Tony graduated from Arizona State University with a technology degree focused on interactive computer graphics. After graduation, he went on to write seven computer books on subjects ranging from Java development to 3D graphics. He was hired by his publisher (Coriolis Books) to edit their programming magazine (Visual Developer) as well as run their IT department which included creating their first web presence.

Keiko Takahashi, Senior Kuali Consultant

Ms. Takahashi possesses over twenty years of professional experience in supporting financial systems in higher education. As an early participant in the KFS project with the foundation, Keiko focuses solely on the KFS development and implementation. She brings unique ability to work both with functional and technical team members at the detail level, often acting as a conduit between the developers and the functional users.

Tom Bradford, Senior Software Engineer
