Hands-On Experience
The rSmart team will work with you to configure the system, load it with your proposal and award data and other key data structures. Subsequently, your users will be able to effectively evaluate the system using familiar proposals and awards.
Specifically, campus stakeholders will be able to:
- Create a budget and a proposal
- Electronically route a proposal through an institutional review process
- Submit an institutionally approved federal proposal through the Grants.gov test server
- Initiate Kuali Coeus transaction maintenance eDocs (to set up categories of proposal types, etc.)
- Initiate Kuali Coeus transaction eDocs (to enter budget data into s proposal, etc)
- Add members to roles
- Set up parameters and workflow rules
