Director, Customer Success
The Director, Customer Success position will be someone who wakes up each and every day with a desire to engage our customers and make their lives better through the use of our solutions and proactively helps to create a web of support services so that every time we ask our customers how we’re doing, they just say, “Wow”!
Is this a helpdesk manager position? Nope! How you ask? Let me explain. The traditional helpdesk is a place where customers go when there is a problem. Will this be part of the job? Sure! We need someone who doesn’t mind customers calling up and asking for help. We need someone who doesn’t mind when our customer has an issue 5:01pm. But, the really exciting part of this job is the rest of it. We’re looking for someone who wants to proactively reach out and help our customers, even when nothing is broken. We’re looking for someone who wants to do what’s right, even when no one is looking! We’re looking for someone who wants to be on the leading edge of redefining what customer service is all about.
