Here’s what other university students and staff have to say about OneCampus next-generation portal:
A number of forward-thinking institutions have already joined us on this important path to progress. They have created their own, branded versions of the OneCampus solution with hundreds of tasks, services, and applications. And, easy as it may be to set up, rSmart supports their efforts and offers best practices every step of the way. Jennifer Martinez has been helping UNR get it’s Onecampus up and running. She is quick to respond, helpful, and thorough. We would be lost without her.

Because of the increased use of smartphones and tablets by our students, faculty, and employees, UD was in search of an affordable way to aggregate applications so they could be found anytime, anywhere, from any device. OneCampus is the right fit for UD because its ‘Search. Click. Done.’ design matches how people locate information today. We anticipate OneCampus will be quickly adopted based on its ease of use and intuitive design.
– Vice President of IT and Chief Information Officer
We recognized the need to retire our legacy portal and looked for alternative solutions that would meet the dynamic and changing needs of our community colleges and universities. OneCampus will provide our users a simple, intuitive, and mobile friendly way to navigate the services and applications they need to be successful on any UH campus.
– Director of Academic Technologies
OneCampus easily integrates with the single authentication system that allows our users to gain access to institutional services and applications, and it enables us to quickly add new web-based services, regardless of the platform or authentication type. We anticipate these enhancements will help reduce the service and maintenance burden on our IT department, and even open up resources for other campus projects.
– Director of Information Systems
As a supervisory union serving students across four districts from pre-kindergarten to grade twelve, the new [OneCampus] dashboard empowers users to quickly search for what they want to do, view details about a particular service or application, then click to launch it. Its responsive design also supports multiple devices and browsers making it easy to search by phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
– Chief Information Officer
We are partnering throughout the university to give Maryland students, faculty, and staff a central location where they can quickly search and connect with university services ranging from making transcript requests to getting the campus map in an online marketplace format.
– Vice President and CEO
After completing the Internet2 NET+ service validation process, we recognized that OneCampus provided Pitt with a powerful alternative to our traditional legacy portal that will better serve our user needs going forward. During the early adoption phase, we plan to run OneCampus in parallel with our current portal to ensure a smooth transition and we will begin to retire our legacy software later this year.
– Enterprise Architect
Students attending our campuses frequently access district information and services from their phone or mobile devices. We are honored to be the first institution to select OneCampus and are confident it will be an excellent replacement for our current student services portal.
OneCampus will empower students in Oklahoma and across the globe to find and discover ORU’s campus services, technology, and degree programs through a simple, intuitive interface from their smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
– Chief Information Officer
Since selecting OneCampus, our team has been building out our site and actively soliciting feedback at ‘Look and See’ sessions with various user groups and departments. We have also identified ways to include students in the implementation process such as helping to collect information and create tasks to ensure a smooth transition between portals.
